We offer a "one-stop shop" approach where we help you from the beginning of your immigration project until the end. We reiterate that our practice focuses quasi-exclusively on the Immigrant-Investor Programs to immigrate to Canada which gives us a great level of focus and expertise. It must be noted that there are two (2) Immigrant-Investor programs in Canada: the program of the Government of Quebec and the program of the Government of Canada. Pursuant to his/her profile and preference, a candidate must decide which one of these programs is appropriate. Both lead, if successful, to the issuance of a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa but the requirements and process of each program are different. Here are the main services that we usually provide to our clients:

• We provide the client with all the relevant information on the Quebec Immigrant-Investor Program and the Federal Immigrant-Investor Program;
• We assess the client’s situation and we provide him/her with our opinion on said situation;
• We make sure the client understands the documents he/she will need to provide and, the legal requirements, to immigrate to Canada;
• We help the client prepare the documents required by the Canada's immigration authorities;
• We prepare all the application forms and other official documents required by the Canada's immigration authorities;
• We represent the client in his/her dealings with the immigration authorities and we act on his/her behalf to file his immigration application to the appropriate authority in Canada;
• We communicate with the Canada's immigration authorities on the client’s behalf if need be as we will be his/her duly appointed attorney;
• We make representations to the Canada's immigration authorities on the client’s behalf if need be;
• We attend the immigration interview requested by the Quebec/Canada immigration authorities with the client;
• We file an administrative appeal to the appropriate authority in Canada on the client’s behalf if his/her application has been refused;
• We prepare and file all the required documents to obtain the client’s visa;
• In short, we use our abilities and knowledge to maximize a client’s chances for the success of his/her Canadian immigration application.

Please note that we also assist clients to immigrate to the United Kingdom and the United States of America via local Immigrant Investor Programs as we cooperate with attorneys, immigration consultants and financial institutions involved in these countries’ immigration programs.

Finally, please note that our services cannot be directly offered to residents of the People's Republic of China. The use of a duly registered local immigration agent is required.
